As Assignment Editor in London, Mark organises coverage of breaking news for business, finance, money, markets and more. The London operation covers six channels: one pan-European and the others in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. 

Mark’s M.A., from St. Catherine’s College, Oxford University, is in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. A winner of a Kitchener Scholarship, Workman Exhibition and the Gladstone essay prize, he also produced a thesis on the House of Lords and went on to more postgraduate work at City University in London. 

He is currently struggling to fit in the completion of a doctoral thesis on new media, in the pipeline for what seems like decades,
